Outside of work, Colleen likes to follow her creative paths and spend weekends away with her husband.

    With over 23 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Dan has been involved in all facets of Real Estate business whilst primarily concentrating on the Commercial sector. Based in Sydney's busy North Shore commercial precinct of Chatswood for nearly 10 years, Dan represented a large number of Financial Institutions and Managed Property Funds in both leasing and sales transactions. Following a relocation back to Taree in 2008, Dan is our Commercial Director, responsible for the management, sales and leasing of the company’s Commercial, Retail and Industrial portfolio. Dan has successfully forged and maintained relationships with many large city corporations and individual investors who now have an interest in our Mid Coast area and has cemented his position as the region’s Commercial Specialist. Coming from a real estate background in Forster covering property management, holiday rental and office administration, Emma also worked for council for 8 years and has a B.A. of Human Movement (Exercise Science).     Eva joined Shultz First National having had over 17 years experience in Customer Service in the Banking Industry. Eva is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with skills in communication, people management and problem solving. Eva is now part of the strong Property Management team at Shultz First National whilst working autonomously as required. Eva has a strong work ethic, is loyal with a deep sense of integrity and fair mindedness. Eva’s previous experience in dealing with customers problems and procedural matters within the bank has become a valuable attribute to Shultz First National.
